About Us

Hi, I’m Hannah Riether, a civil engineer with nine years of experience working with both private clients and the State of Tennessee. I graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2017 with my civil engineering degree. I moved to Tennessee shortly after and have called it home since.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on transportation projects, environmental remediation, site design, stormwater systems, dam projects, and permitting. I’ve seen how thoughtful engineering can shape communities, protect the environment, and help bring meaningful projects to life.

Now, as I begin a new chapter with Oak Valley Engineering, I’m building something that reflects both my professional experience and my personal values. As a wife and mother, I understand how important it is to create solutions that are practical, responsible, and built to last. I care deeply about doing work that serves people well — not just on paper, but in real life.

My goal is simple: provide cost-effective, high-quality engineering solutions while building relationships rooted in trust and clear communication.
